Aerial Central
Terms & Conditions
Aerial Central Kids - Classes
1. Membership, Payment & Cancellation
-Kids classes are offered via a monthly rolling membership of £60, which includes one aerial class per week during term time only.
-Payments are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month via TeamUp.
-If payment fails or is overdue, the child may not attend class until payment is resolved.
-The monthly membership reserves your child's place in their weekly class throughout the school term. As our timetable follows school term dates rather than calendar months, the number of classes in each month may vary. Some months may include 3 classes, while others may include 4 or 5. To keep memberships simple and consistent, the monthly fee remains the same throughout the year.
-A 10% sibling discount applies to the second and subsequent child only. The first child is charged at the standard monthly rate. The membership for the first month is paid in full (£60 per child), and from the second month onwards, the second child will receive the 10% discount. Sibling memberships must be held under the same parent or guardian account.
-Catch up classes are available if your child is unable to attend their usual class, they may join a class on the other day (Wednesday or Thursday), subject to availability. Catch-up classes must be arranged in advance via email so your child can be added to the class register. Unfortunately, children who arrive without prior booking and are not on the register will not be able to take part. Catch-up classes must be used within the same week and cannot be carried over.
-Missed classes are non-refundable
-To cancel your membership, you must notify Aerial Central by email (aerialcentraluk@gmail.com.). Once your cancellation has been acknowledged, you may then cancel your Direct Debit with your bank. Cancelling your Direct Debit alone does not cancel your membership, and any payments due during the notice period will remain payable.
2. Class Safety & Behaviour Rules
-Class sizes are capped at 10 children per instructor (or 16 with two instructors).
-Children must follow instructions, behave respectfully, and participate safely at all times.
-Repeated unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class at the instructor’s discretion, without refund.
3. Arrival, Collection & Studio Access
-Children will be admitted to the studio at the scheduled class start time only, under staff supervision.
-Children arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.
-Parents or guardians must collect their child promptly at the end of class.
-Repeated late collection (more than once) may result in a £15 late collection administration fee per occurrence.
4. Damage & Liability
-If a child causes damage to equipment belonging to Aerial Central or The Factory Fitness & Dance Centre through reckless or intentional behaviour, the parent or guardian may be liable for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
5. Insurance
-Aerial Central holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance covering aerial arts instruction for children.
